Welcome from the Head of Secondary
Aside from making sure that our students are prepared for life after school, we also strive to make sure that their experience of education is an enjoyable one, thus encouraging them to become lifelong learners.
Our Secondary school follows the National Curriculum of England for Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9), which is modified to reflect the multicultural and international environment in which we all live. For Key Stage 4 (Years 10 to 11), we follow the Cambridge International Examinations IGCSE course which leads on the A-Level course for Key Stage 5 (Years 12 to 13). Students, after completing Year 13, can then continue their education at universities in the UK, USA, Australia and the rest of the world.
At Garden International School, Bangkok the students are also encouraged to take part in a range of Extra Curricular Activities to not only provide the students with more experiences and skills, but to also show that learning can happen outside of the classroom in a variety of ways.
I, and our cohort of dedicated teachers, are very proud of our students, the family atmosphere and the excellent relationship we have with our supportive parents. Our students feel safe and secure in our positive learning environment and are always given the chance to excel in any skills that they have.
